Return, Replacement & Exchange Policy

However, to maintain hygiene, quality control, and fair usage, the following policy applies:

✅ Replacement / Exchange Eligibility

You are eligible for replacement or exchange only if:

• The product is damaged upon delivery, OR
  
• You received an incorrect product
  

📌 To raise a request:

• Share a clear unboxing video (mandatory)
  
• The video must clearly show:
  The sealed package
  Opening process
  Product condition
  
  
  

📩 Requests must be raised within 12 hours of delivery via WhatsApp or Email.

🔁 Size Exchange Policy

• Size exchange is allowed.
  
• A ₹199 shipping charge will be applicable.
  
• Product must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
  
• Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
  

❌ Return Policy

Returns are accepted only in case of damaged or incorrect items.

We do not accept returns for:

💰 Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only if:

• The product is damaged and replacement is not possible, or
